Description :: - Factory inventory needs to be closely monitored and to ensure that inventory discrepancy is resolved and reconciled quickly.
- Oversee store operation to ensure the efficient operation of established handling, dispatch and/or stock control procedure in the Store
- To monitor and maintain Store daily operations and support inventory management initiatives on DBM operation.
- Develops performance evaluations and implements Store operation goals and objectives
-Hires, supervises, communicates store standards, schedules, gives corrective action, directs works, evaluates, trains and develops team member.
-Accomplishes assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner within standards established by supervisor.
-Ensure Store procedures updated, planning, and control, replenishment as per order and goods incoming & issuing accords to QSP-07 requirements.
-Handles in positive manner and maintains proper housekeeping, safety, security and layout of stock in the Store in accordance with company regulation and
procedure.
-Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system and periodically checks stock against stock records, replenishment and store daily operation inventory
transaction up-to-date into ERP System
Participates in the goal setting process, planning, training and professional development.
-Monitoring imported goods via containers are kept in safe & good condition and handles in shortest time possible.
-To ensure on time System update, monthly report & Inventory KPI generation.
-Facilitate and coordinate Inventory counts need to be in place to ensure that inventory integrity is maintained and driving inventory disposition.
-To carry out Financial Half and Yearly Stock Checks as well as to carry out monthly Shop Floor Cycle Count.
-Maintains friendly and respectful decorum at all times toward customers, vendors, peers, co-workers and all others.
Enforcement and implementation of the Total Quality
-Management System as a member of the Management Review Team and as an Internal Quality Auditor.
-Adhere to the Safety and health Regulations and observe duties as an employee stipulated under OSH Act 1994.
Requirements :: -Candidate must pssess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
