Job Title: HR Training Supervisor Malaysia
Hiring Department: HR
Report to: HR Manager Malaysia
Location: Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities:
1. Formulates annual training plan in order to meet the requirements from Biz department;
2. Manage the training budget and expense, make plan for annual and monthly training;
3. Training Project Coordination and Management: Coordinates with customers and PM to manage the training processes in order to successfully carry out the training projects;
4. Make the policy for training management (Malaysia);
5. In charge of the orientation of New employees and manage the training documents;
6. Leverages global resources of HQ and consulting firms for training needs analysis, solutions proposals and learning measurement in order to become a value added business partner;
7. Builds local team by raising comprehensive competencies in instructional methodology, language ability and extendable to learning consultation skills in order to make the team excel among competitors;
8. Continuous improvement in quality;
9. HR projects and other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements :: Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent;
2. Over 3 years of training management experience. Work experience in manufacturing Company with over 300 employees;
3. Ability of organize, scheming, harmonization, communication, planning and lecturing;
4. Quick-thinker, proactive, passionate, extraverted, detailed-oriented, and analytical;
5. Excellent English and Chinese in speaking, listening and writing;
6. Good Computer skills including World, Excel PowerPoint and so on;
7. TTT, Training Management, etc.;
8. Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positively aggressive environment.
