Description :
'- Responsibility for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources, including equipment and labor, to meet production goals.
- Set a budget, assign job duties, determine equipment and supplies required, and build a production schedule.
- Monitor progress of production, confirming that it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze any problems and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
- To lead and drive continuous improvement
- Trouble shooting on packing line
- Overseen whole warehouse operation including incoming, container loading planning and stock inventory control.
- Subordinate development.
- Established & maintain QESH & food safety management system
- To perform any other duties as and when instructed by management ensure the compliance of management system & legal requirement 
Requirements :
' -Candicate must post minimum degree in manufacturing/warehousing/process/food management or equivalent
- Tt least 2 years experiences in manufacturing enviroment preferrable in food or oil packing processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
experience in directing and supervising production personnel
