Description :: • Responsible for the product launch and management of the marketing activities
• To develop the product portfolio & implement marketing strategies.
• To track and evaluate product performance and sales growth
• Liaise with other internal departments to achieve new food service product line up.
• Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.
• Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.
• Responsible for developing production quality systems and documentations including the management of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.
• Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and Halal System.
• Responsible for the application of Halal certification of premises under Food Preparation Area & Eating Establishment via Muis on-line eHalal system
• To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.
• Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in the related field.
• Min 3-5 years’ managerial experience and preferably in the food industry.
• Positive attitude and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill and analytical skills
• Good in supervisory, leadership and managerial skill
• Possess experience with ecommerce-related in front end or back-end
