- • Responsible to all QC tasks - quality check, inspection of incoming material, in process production items, outgoing products.
• Conduct daily inspection and measurement of incoming raw materials / work-in progress good and finished products with respect with products standard and drawing.
• Ensure finished products are consistently meet with products' quality and safety specification
• Record and update and maintain the QC inspection reports.
• Conduct physical check on manufacturing process based on process specification
• Run quality checking on rejected / returned parts
• Prepare and control of QC document / report and procedure documentation
• Identify and record quality issue
• To perform any other QC tasks required - Requirements :
- 1.Must be able to read & understand drawing and handle measuring instruments.
2.Good discipline and cooperation with others.
3.Able to work independently and under pressure environmental - Lowest Qualification :
