- - To update assembly methods for SERIAL NUMBER MARKING, EDM WIRE CUTTING, Resistance BALL WELDING and Plunge EDM processes due to
- Document Change Order & process changes.
- To update CONTROL PLANS periodically due to process & Document Change Order changes.
- To monitor and maintain SPC chart to ensure they are within the control limits.
- To be responsible for all Printer head machine setups and, including monitoring of critical spare parts.
- To carry out regular maintenance based on preventive maintenance schedule stipulated.
- To install and maintain all tooling and fixtures on the Production line.
- To conduct time study for various processes flows as and when required.
- To support Production output and yield and enhance quality in our products.
- To support production in the meeting schedule.
- To train operators in proper work procedure and rework.
- To assist Process Engineer in engineering evaluation and continuous yield improvement.
- Requirements :
- - Minimum Professional Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or ElectroMechanical Engineering
- Knowledge in EDM wire cut, Resistance Ball Welding machine, Plunge EDM.
- Good troubleshooting skills
- PC knowledge
- Able to work overtime and shifts (if required) - Lowest Qualification :
