Description :: Responsible for work instruction of automation equipment assembly and testing.
Create and maintain the work instructions.
Execute corrective action process by conducting Corrective Action Team (CAT) meeting and follow up actions.
Work with assembly department to continuously improve efficiency and quality
Communicate technical problems to supplier and update checklist
Preparation of customer documentation (Instruction handbook, option and upgrade manual)
Ensure high quality of handlers shipped from factory.
Must be willing to go overseas for training
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Knowledge in MS Office
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Good English, written and spoken
Good ethnic values, tolerant to different cultures
Min. 2 years experiences in assembly of automation equipment, preferable as leader;
Experience in design of automation equipment and/or conversion kits would be an advantage
Lowest Qualification :: Higher Diploma
