Description :: • Establish, monitor and actively develop a dynamic Sales/Distribution Team that effectively and
efficiently covers target market segments.
• Establish standards, expectations, guidance, clarification, information, and feedback pertaining to
performance to the Sales team.
• Establish and maintain an open career development dialogue with the team.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor actual results against plans, communicate status of plans with
recommended corrective actions as necessary so that objectives are met.
• The incumbent participates in setting personal objectives and in evaluating performance against
those objectives with the principal.
• Resolves developmental needs with the principal and participates in the development of specific
improvement plans.
• Actively pursues self-improvement by attending seminars/classes and positively seeking out

Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass
Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Fluency in oral and written communication.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience or RELATED FIELD is required for this position.
• Demonstrated competence and success in prior sales; initiative, flexibility, patience and personal
integrity are absolute requirements.
• Computer literate with willingness to upgrade his computer knowledge / skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and transfer knowledgw to others are clear advantages.
