- • To ensure Technical Team delivers pest control service assignments in accordance with company procedure, safety and high service quality standards
• Ensure technical team adheres to company policies, procedures and notices
• Conduct technical team training and refreshers
• Recruit and build new team if required
• Support technical & sales team with sufficient technical expertise
• Support Service Coordinator with treatment scheduling to improve efficiency
• Responsible for teams chemical usage, storage and transportation of dangerous pesticides
• Conduct stock checks and perform technical reporting for management
• Reports directly to company manager
• Constantly look for process improvement to better the companies services or operations
• Set good example and standards for all technicians - Requirements :
- • Possess STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification or minimum 2 year of supervisory experience or its equivalent
• Must have good knowledge of all pest control treatment or willing to learn fast
• Must be able to read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and must be able to use Microsoft Office programs (Ms Words, Ms Excel)
• Punctual and reliable at all times
• Well-groomed and good attitude
• Good communication and people skills
• Self-driven and work under minimal supervision
• Must maintain neat and tidy appearance at all time
• Flexibility in work hours and willing to stand in for jobs that are short of resources at all times
• Positions welcomes male or female candidates
• Valid driver's license (B2 & D)
• No criminal record
