Description :: • Familiar with Assembly operations in electrical, electronics , plastic component devise assembly products
• To compliance in handling new projects and new products introduction with customers
• To be a company representative in establishing communication matrix between customer and within the company.
• To provide project timeline and follow up tool & manpower schedule.
• To develop and provide solutions to improve products and workers capabilities.
• Prepare monthly KPI and to follow-up continue Improvement plan.
• Knowledge in 5’S Implementation ,ISO9001, TS16949 and QMS.
• Able to perform OJT to all of the down line and control training document according to training matrix
• Able to contribute FMEA, PMP, Poka-Yoke, 8D’s ,Work Instruction.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 2 year of working experience in assembly process line .
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Preferably executives specializing in Engineering – Engineering /Mechanical in product / process /Quality /Engineering Department.
