Description :: - Reporting to QA manager. Cover manager’s duty when QA manager absent
- Supervise and organize QA inspector to conduction incoming, outgoing and in process quality control of products and materials
- Responsible for corrective action report CARs for product non-conformance
- Analyzed QC measuring data and other quality data with tool of SPC, work out QC report correctly
- Arrange proper tool for QC inspector
- Complaint analysis and storage tracing
- Visit customer to handle customer complaint in case is it necessary
- Responsible for issue of Certificate Of Assurance COAs to customers
- Maintaining up to date product samples for quality inspection
- Proper up keep of lapidary product checking
- Equipment calibration management
- Carry out other related duties as and when instructed by superior
- Take the duty when the inspector absent
- CMM Programming
- Product environment microbiology testing backup
- Carry out other related duties as and when instructed by superior
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma education and equivalent
- Minimum 1 years in manufacturing field job function
- ISO 9001 knowledge internal audition skill
- FSSC 3300 knowledge and internal auditing skill ( Optional )
- Familiar measurement tool and equipment
