Description :: • Perform First Article inspection and assembly test.
• Perform incoming inspection for supplier parts and final products to meet the established company quality
standards as and when required.
• Exercise skills and decision in the use of precision gauges, measuring and test equipment.
• Organize rework activities as part of MRB disposition.
• Summarize inspection results, highlight quality problems and recommend actions for meeting quality
objectives and continuous improvements.
• Ensure alignment of measurement techniques with Suppliers.
• Observe housekeeping and disciplinary rules and policies.
• Perform other related duties or special tasks as assigned by superior.
• To support company policies, goals and objectives.
• Follow written instructions to ensure compliance with quality standard and customer special orders.
• Perform any projects or quality function assigned by the superior.
• Ensure all measuring equipment and gauges are calibrated within the correct timescale and to maintain
the calibration records.
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools, machines and measuring equipment
Requirements :: - At minimum 2-3 years experience in operating CMM
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical
