Description :: 1. Able to perform production planning based on Kanban systems where appropriate, to create higher efficiencies within the production process.
2. To prepare Production and Kanban summary report as required.
3. To liaise, understand and communicate with customer related to capacity, delivery and other improvement issues.
4. To ensure sufficient of Finished Goods, the stock and warehouse control is well organized.
5. To organize monthly stock take.
6. Ability to see where improved systems and procedures are required, develop systems and implementation.
7. Ability to motivate and supervise staff.
Requirements :: 1. Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Supply Chain management or
equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
3. Candidates must be well organized, discipline and comfortable with numbers.
4. Ability to co-ordinate and work with various departments to achieve a common objective
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Knowledge of ERP system is added advantage.
