Description :: This position is responsible for managing Arrow’s inventory according to customer forecast, executing the agreed inventory management with customer, using available resources relating to MP for the best interest of both Arrow and Customer.

-Review forecast for advance pipeline customers to trigger shipment
-Review customer forecast and reply to customer
-Advice inventory positioning at different hubs, monitoring inventory level at different hubs
-Provide inventory summary report to Product Management
-Reporting on visibility and exception
-Advice pipeline report back to customer
-Review Suppliers' PO Backlog to increase/decrease against customer forecast
-Review Reserved Qty and advise parts requiring better price
-Review out-bound qty
-Respond on Product Management bi-weekly Bond SO report
-Rescheduling per Forecast demand, Pull-in/Push out/Expedite/Cancellation
-Monitor and manage over inventory parts to minimize exposure
-Monitor high risk parts and advise Product Management accordingly
-Manage addition of new parts to be planned – ensure correct set-up etc
Requirements :: -Must possess a Diploma in Business, Economics or its equivalent
-At least 1-2 years in a material planning role
-Working knowledge of MRP, production lead time & cycles
-Some formal training or relevant experience is required to perform the job effectively.
-Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
-Express ideas with clarity since role requires regular exchange of communication
-Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
-Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking
-Urgent Part time position (6 months) to be based in Georgetown, Penang. Preferably who can start work immediately.
