- Responsibilities:
1) Main Task In Purchasing
1.1) To source and negotiate best pricing from suppliers.
1.2) To maintain competitive market pricing, servicing and quality
1.3) To control & viewing on high purchase item with on-going cost reduction.
1.4) To approve purchase order with value RM 1K & below.
1.5) To monitor monthly purchases by plant, department and items report.
1.6) To submit CAPEX and FA report.
1.7) To supervise and monitor the ERP system.
1.8) To do cost down activities - quarterly month
2) Main Task In Shipping
2.1) To monitor daily shipment arrangement.
2.2) To maintain best & competitive market rates and servicing from agents.
2.3) To liaise with custom department on S/Tax, Duty Drawback, Scrap etc
2.4) To apply & submit duty tax exemption for company at MIDA.
2.5) To update on government tariff and FTA beneficial for company.
2.6) To verify agent invoice for every shipment.
2.7) To monitor and make report on landed cost variance.
2.8) To do cost down activities such as shipping arrangement and terms.
2.9) To apply any related license such as Manufacturing License, CJ2 etc.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing and Shipping.
4. Satisfactory interpersonal / communication skills
5. Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job
