Description :: • Reviewing the production schedule planned by material and production planners.
• To review daily production report.
• Responsible for the day-to day operation of the department.
• To achieve productivity, quality and cost control objectives.
• Manpower planning, control of overhead expenses and maximize capacity utilization.
• To oversee and ensure daily production activities are meet target and quality as per customer requirements.
• To ensure that administrative reports and commitment are carried out and completed on time.
• To ensure training and guidance to Section/ Line Leaders are carried out as according to the Operation standard and ISOP 9001 Quality Management System.
• To ensure that the set up operation and inspection processes are done according to specified procedures and instructions
• To analyse and troubleshoots daily process problem
• Initiate ideas for improving process efficiency.
• To monitor and ensure that the production is operation in accordance to operation standard and the the aspect of safety.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably those have experience in EMS 14001 Management system
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Result-oriented, pro-active, highly motivated & inquisitive leader
• Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
