- • Responsible for installation process, upkeep and maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical &
equipment.
• Manage to prevent, minimize Breakdowns in building system such as Lift, Generator Set,
Pump & Etc.
• Responsible for continue improvement and make recommendations on required upgrade.
• Assist the engineer in liaising with various electrical consultants on regular maintenance of
equipment, repairs and projects.
• Daily inspection on the electrical main-switch board (LV, HT & Transformer).
• To ensure building electrical is maintained effectively and comply with Energy Commission
requirement.
• To ensure that installation comply to latest Energy Commision of Malaysia
(Suruhanjya Tenaga). - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a minimum B0 chargeman certification registered under
Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Minimum 4 years experience in electrical equipments maintenance in Building Maintenance
environment.
• 4 years experience in Building Maintenance/Facilities ---- Management/Property
-Management/Project Management fields.
