- •Review existing/ new production line processes to identify automation opportunities and solution.
•Identify potential vendors who can fulfill automation requirements.
•Work with automation vendors to develop a detailed automation solution based on requirements, constraints, timeline , budget & resources.
•Establish and conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) / Manufacturing Verification Test ( MVT) Plans.
•Manage automation equipment performance ( MTTR, MTBF, OEE etc.)
•Ensure automation equipment capacity meets production forecast requirements. - Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Perindustiran Nusa Cemerlang.
•Experience with PLCs, HMIs, vision inspection systems, handling of miniature precision parts, and clean room environment.
•Competence in the use of design software like Autocad, Pro-E, etc.
•System life-cycle development methodology experience will be an advantage
•PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent will be an added advantage - Lowest Qualification :
