- 1. Participate in quality improvement programmed.
2. To work closely with relevant parties on all quality related issues.
3. Attend to customer complaint and ensure timely feedback to customer on resolutions of problem within time frame given.
4. Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, test, and integrate the customer requirement to quality control system.
5. Implement and maintain all standard procedures relating to quality.
6. To ensure QA objectives and targets are achieved.
7. Implement and maintain ISO9001, ISO14001 and product environment management system.
8. Train and develop subordinates to meet company's needs and lead the team for continuous improvement
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Manager specializing in Quality Control/ Assurance or equivalent
