- 1. Act as MINERAL WATER PRODUCTION LINE LEADER
2. Enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs, machinery operation, and critical material availability to ensure cost-effective, minimum wastage, high quality and timely delivery of products.
3. Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency and quality.
4. To plan, assign, supervise and monitor DAILY JOB DUTIES of staffs and provide a positive, motivating example for staffs.
5. Responsible for creating a high hygiene standard with the highest ethical standards.
6. Provide job training, coaching and technical expertise for staffs to resolve manufacture processing issues.
7. Work with production teams (QA/QC, Technician, and Production Planner) to conduct appropriate process audits for root causes investigation and analysis and define resolutions.
8. Ensure all production teams are fully understood of production status.
9. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
10. Ensure final product meets quality standards, and responsible for the release approval.
11. Ensure production record accuracy and accurate records are maintained, such as production hours, manpower and electricity usage, raw material received and return, wastage etc.
12. Propose all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve profitability.
13. Evaluate production equipment power consumption/output and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
14. Other job-related instructions as requested by management
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. At least 2 year(s) of production / manufacturing /working experience, preferably in F&B manufacturing company.
4. Self- motivated team player with strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Exposure in HACCP & GMP is an advantage.
6. Able shift work, long and stagger hours
7. A strong leader who is resulting driven, self-starter, logical and systematic with people skills.
8. Highly independent and results-oriented.
9. Knowledge in Blowing & Injection moulding would be an advantage.
