- •To operate and run the Egg Washing & Breaking Plant.
•Plan, organize, direct and control the plant production with compliance of food safety standard & requirements.
•Maximize resources utilization to meet production schedules.
•Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation of production reports.
•To control the inventory efficiently and accurately.
•Direct and oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and productivity.
•Take charge of manpower planning.
•Lead the production team by providing ongoing guidance, mentoring and motivation to workers in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.
- Requirements :
- •Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years in managerial role in Food Processing or related industries.
•Strong knowledge food safety standard such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL and ISO 22000 requirements.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Pajam, Negeri Sembilan.
•Preferably Managers specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
