Description :: •To verify PTL Inspection Record, Cushion Gum Inspection Record, Camelback Inspection Record, IPQC Record & Lab Quick Check Sheet.
•To verify raw material test report.
•To establish & maintain raw materials technical specification file.
•To prepare QA/QC committee meeting minutes.
•To analyze process performance against KPI & to compile yearly summary report.
•To conduct IQA according to schedule.
•To prepare monthly quality data report.
•To involve in customers & third party (SIRIM etc) audits.
•To assist in routine testing of rubber master batch & compound in the physical testing lab when required.
•To certify the Delivery Order (OQC) & ensure compliance to customers' specific requirements during outgoing.
•To follow up on external & internal quality audit and customer complaints
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Rubber Technology or equivalent.
•Computer literate.
•Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
•Good oral and written communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
•Independence, a team player, adaptable, fast learner & multitasking.
•Experience in rubber compound physical testing, quality management system and statistical techniques are added advantage.
•Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
