Description :: Production
•Plan and monitor production progress and maintain production level
•Review production control and initiate corrective / remedial actions in maintaining quality and minimizing scraps
•Organise and solve any issues arise to ensure a smooth & efficient production
•Organise workflow according to workload to meet production schedule
•Supervise & manage subordinates in their daily work

Research & Development
• To lead the R&D Department in developing new products and improving existing products
• Setting up materials standards, determine product costs and technical specifications
• Provide technical support for production in developing optimum operation condition
• Notify of any intended modifications to the design of the approved products or associated critical production processes and obtain prior approval to implement those modifications
• Liaisons with clients on product specifications and requirements
• Supervise & manage subordinates in their daily work

Manufacturing Engineering
•Leading the department to design and fabricate tools & dies and to improve productivity, equipment upgrading and safety
•Responsible for facilities engineering which include initiating, planning, designing and directing projects related to plant facilities to meet requirements
•Plant machinery preventive maintenance & repair as to ensure minimum production stoppage and machine breakdown
•Evaluate and selection of subcontractor for sub-contract jobs
•Familiar with Tools & Die/ Jigs fabrication and assembly

Planning & Logistics Manager
•Leading and coordinate production schedules to meet production targets.
•Determine the process length and established material requirement as soon as work order or forecast of material requirement to ensure sufficient stock.
•Responsible for deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
•Coordinate with Inventory , Sales, ,Production and R & D
•Quotations preparation, handling customer's enquiry and complaints and maintain up to date documents for further action.
Requirements :: • Degree or recognized qualification in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• A self-motivated person with good technical and management skills
• Sound knowledge and experience in production analysis, planning, lean concept, strong problem solving skills and good analytical skills
• Must be innovative, resourceful and able to work independently
• A team player, hardworking and result oriented
• Good leadership and communication skills with all levels of people
• Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka and with possibility of oversea transfer
