- -Minor maintenance and repairs as necessary to brickwork, paving, floor and wall tiles (internal and external) and to external fencing
-Minor repairs to furniture and internal fixtures and fittings (including lamps and light tubes, where accessible)
-Visual checks to electrical fittings and equipment
-Decorating work not requiring specialist skills
-Reporting, both written and verbal, of faults requiring specialist skills
-Act as a driver to transport teachers from their accommodation to school.
-To fetch student as and when required. - Requirements :
- - Possess Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Building Services) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building services management or building services lead roles.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and able to interact with different level of people.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good verbal & written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a team-player to be successful in this role.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization, people management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in report writing and making presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
