•To perform daily stock monitoring on stock level & order from headquarters according to plan.
•Making necessary arrangement on Good/Bad stock.
•Issue Credit note for supply shortage, bad stock return & etc.
•Work as a coordinator between 3rd Party Logistic and the company.
•Responsible for handling daily routines Sales Administration function.
•Attend to customers’ correspondence and administration enquiries on company’s products and services in timely and proficient manner.
 
Requirements :
•At least Diploma in any field.
•Minimum 2 years work experience in administration field.
•Good communication, both spoken and written and inter-personal skills.
•PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications.
•Must be willing to travel.
•Experience in warehouse administration would be an added advantage.
•Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
