Description :: •Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts for monthly review and year-end audit
•Manage available Treasury Tools to achieve best cost efficiencies.
•Maintain, review and improve on internal control in both ERP & financial systems
•Prepare in-depth cost analysis to assist management in major decisions makings, e.g. pricing for sales team and cost control, etc.
•Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and all relevant authorities
•Proficient with ERP systems and coordinate accordingly for GST
•Oversee Admin & HR Departments
•Assist in ad-hoc assignments from directors from time to time
Requirements :: •Must have a degree or professional qualification in accountancy with at least 8 years' working experience and 5 years of similar roles
•Must have high integrity, i.e., trustworthy, matured & results-orientated
•Have passion & commitment to grow the company & excel
•Focused, an eye for details & analytical
•Ability to think out of the box & proactive & independent
•Team player, better still, good team motivator
•Proficient in both english & mandarin, both spoken and written, to liaise effectively with business contacts overseas
•Willing to travel overseas when necessary
•5 & 1/2-day work for now. Alternate saturday off by sept 2015 when proven smooth run of gst.
