Description :: - Oversee and administer production operation's planning including staff recruitment and deployment
- Plan and design the efficent and effective layout and space management for optimium operations flow
- Manage physical units and repair materials inventory receiving from store
- Lead in generating and carrying out strategic plans to further improve and maximize the resources of the production line
- Manage the material matching and request process to Material store to ensure full and efficient support to the repair operations
- Ensure that all work stations are equipped with the right machinery, equipment and tools to execute the needed works
- Manage expenses control by ensuring that the spending are within normal usage trend and budget while continuously striving to explore avenues for cost savings opportunities
- Manage improvement on operational excellence and efficiencies to meet all set KPI's such as Turnaround time, yield rate, NTF rate, re-return rate, process scrap rate etc from mgmt or customers
- To document the procedure and instruction for the production dept
- To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customer's visit and audit
- Maintain high descipline and high cooperation level within the production dept
- Oversee and administer production operation members training plan and work rotation
- Perform/conduct periodic and annual performance review
- Monitor and manage the repair environment that will meet operation excellence requirement
- Monitor and manage other resources needed for the Production Operations eg Racking, Packing - Materials, PC system, Scanners, Printers, IT system and etc
- Manage improvement on operational excellence and effecienciens. Upkeep 5S housekeeping.
- To prepare and present summary reports for the operations
- Ensure compliance to company certified system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS, ESD and customer audit requirements
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in ULU TIRAM.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
