Description :: - Assist Head of Sales Planning Department in managing Retail Planning section
- Lead a team and provide clear direction and follow through by coaching team members, while monitoring and guide their efforts in obtaining successful result.
- To monitor and evaluate overall allocation performance for dealers.
- To ensure allocation carried out on timely basis.
- To plan and strategize on achieving wholesale target.
- To prepare monthly delivery forecast.
- To ensure stocks management is conducted efficiently.
- Propose on color confirmation for production purpose.
- To track and forecast estimate wholesale for every month.
- To use understanding of issued faced by dealers on overall planning.
- Monthly reporting to management.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- High proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Analytical – understands complex of diverse information and conceptualizes solutions.
- Has serve 3 years in a supervisory capacity and exhibits strong, confident. leadership and the desire to mentor subordinates.
- Knowledge of Automotive Sales business will be an added advantage.
- At least 6 years’ experience in the related field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
