- Supply Quality Engineer (SQE) will lead audit teams consisting of quality and technical auditors for supplier site assessments. This includes resource coordination, collection and evaluation of evidence, report writing and compilation, problem investigation, and conflict resolution among other audit-related tasks. SQE will work with suppliers closely to improve their quality systems, processes and performance. Besides that, He or she will lead the root cause and corrective action activities for suppliers product quality related issues.
1. To perform audit at supplier side based on the schedule or assign by immediate superior /manager
2. To monitor and guide supplier for quality improvement
3. To ensure that the manufacturing of the supplier products conform to the quality requirements of the company.
4. To assist the technical service & production department to troubleshoot quality problems
5. Conduct internal quality system audit to ensure all the quality management system are implement and maintain effectively
6. Track and trend the suppliers performances and taking necessary corrective and preventative action to reduce supplier caused product quality risk
7. To continually update the quality assurance specification & feedback
8. Provide guidance, direction and recommendation to SQE teams to sustain 9. Supplier performance management
9. Liaise with outsource vendor on product quality issue and quality performances
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Audit experience, knowledege in ISO9001 or ISO TS16949, 7QC, tools, PPAP & QC experience.
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Have technically Plastic moulding & Electronic component (PCBA) experiences on field of Supply Quality and Supply Audit , case analysis and suppliers rating management system control.
5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
