- 1. Responsible in overall performance of the production, quality, cost and delivery of section base on management policy
2. To ensure overall safety, discipline 5 S and training of staff
3. Responsible in implement and drive continues improvement activities
4. To coordinate and organized all section and monitor department activities
5. Prepare and review productions report and data
6. Analyse the overall manufacturing process, demand, people and support development
7. Confers with other department supervisor to determine the status of various operation and project.
8. Responsibility in maintaining the factory and work environment safe and clean and comply with ISO 14001, 5S and safety regulation
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in production environment especially in electronics manufacturing field or related field is required for this position.
3. Have management skills, planning skills and leadership skills
4. Preferably Managers specializing in Electronic Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
