- 1. To monitor daily repair job and follow up pending job
2. To monitor daily preventive maintenance job and follow up pending job
3. To monitor daily down mould checking status
4. Manpower arrangement/Job arrangement on tooling daily activities
5. Daily 5S monitoring
6. OT arrangement
7. Carry out monthly checking and maintenance to ensure the tool and accessories in good manner and well function
8. New receiving tools checking and follow up testing status
9. Mould receiving/transferring arrangement
10. To repair complicated mould and improve the failure mould
11. Guidance subordinate for continual improvement
12. Discuss lead time for mould repairing, maintenance and improvement
13. Come out failure analysis report - Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience plastic mold and in the related field is required for this position.
3. Skill in Tool Modification/improvement/design
4. Solidwork/Basic in AutoCAD
5. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
6. Full-Time position(s) available. - Lowest Qualification :
