Description :: 1. Provide day to day
support to Production line in assigned technical related activities e.g maintenance and hands on
for repair on pant machinery and utilities.
2. Perform correct/preventive and routine maintenance in all machineries & equipments and rectify all defects
3. Conduct equipment calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting especially wear and tear of mechanical parts and
electrical components
4. Keep track and reduce machineries and equipment down time.
5. Able to perform shift work.
Requirements :: 1, Knowledge Man machine interface, automation and PLC control system
2. Knowledge in food industry machinery e.g Scada System,
3. Skill for calibrate Instrument non transmitter & transmitter type.
4. Knowledge related with Electrical equipment, Rotating equipment, Pneumatic System & Utilities Equipment
5. Utilities equipments (Boiler, Water Colled Chiller, Air Compressor, Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment
Plant & LVMDP).
Qualification
1. Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering ( Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or
equivalent.
2. Have at least 2 year technician experience in manufacturing food industry.
