Description :: • Candidate will be train and station at SMT/NPI/MFG/QC/TESTING Department;

SMT Department
• Co-work with production line to achieve production goal ability and to improve on SMT process;
• To perform the scheduled and unscheduled equipment preventive maintenance;
• To assist in line set-up, buyoff, troubleshooting, repairs and equipment improvement projects;
• To ensure that machines operate at peak performance and to minimize any potential major breakdown of manufacturing equipment;
• To in charge on equipment operation and maintenance;
• To assist in any duties and ad hoc functions.

NPI Department
• To support on new product introduction, product transfer, localization projects;
• Supplier Quality Management - drives and works with supplier on the quality improvement;
• NPI material issue involvement - Interact with NPI, Designer and Supplier on the NPI material issue related;
• To co-ordinate with customer in fulfilling for new product requirements;
• To assist Engineer to establish process to meet customer requirements;
• To assist in any duties and ad hoc functions.

MFG Department
• To monitor on production output and coordinating on line conversion;
• Manpower allocation in process and management;
• To manage on Raw Material in Production;
• To manage operator disciplinary and to provide training as of Standard Operation Process accordingly;
• To responsible on 7-S control in production line;
• To assist in any duties and ad hoc functions.

QC Department
• To determine and establish all necessary quality requirement and customer requirement into inspection standard and control plan;
• Product process quality control and product yield control and report;
• To plan and prepare Quality Plan and inspection plan to determine necessary control in the line;
• To conduct capability studies of processes, manufacturing equipment and tools;
• To involves in machine, fixture, and tool validation process before use in production;
• To participate in sample run, trial run of new products to ensure that product quality requirement is fulfilled;
• To maintain efficient method of updating quality performance of product and effective distribution of information to management team;
• To assist in any duties and ad hoc functions.

Testing Department
• To provide Engineering or technical support for all product test related issues;
• To provide customer requested information;
• To implement the new test program to production line followed customer request;
• To support production in maximizing output through 1st pass yield/process improvement;
• To debug ICT and FCT test program;
• To troubleshooting on testers and set up tester for line conversion from one model to another;
• To assist in any duties and ad hoc functions
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent;
• At least 2 year(s) & above of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Preferably those with working experience in PCBA environment;
• Able to work on shift and overtime.
