Description :: •Receive Purchase order from customer and maintain the customer demand into ERP system such as sales order
•Responsible on production planning and scheduling based on customer order. Maximizes production capacity by establishing, adjusting and monitoring production schedules, which consistent with master schedule or customer requirement date
•Carry out the routine supply chain operation task and follow up with production and quality department to ensure good and continuous supply to achieve the on time delivery
•Communicate with customer regarding the all requirement
•Monitor inventory level and coordinator with department to ensure the a smooth production in place
•Organizing the flow of material required in accordance with production plan
•Coordination with delivery department to ensure execution and delivery to meet dates committed to customers
•Support customer Project such as new product and artwork changes
•Handle special project as assigned by Manager
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
•Min2 years working experience in material and production planning (For Executive)
•Hands on knowledge in ERP system would be an advantage
•Fresh graduate or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply (for Assistant)
•Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang

Cocoaland story began when two brothers started out as small time vendors selling deep-fried snacks and banana fritters in the Klang Valley. They were later joined by other brothers and moved upstream in their business activities in order to benefit from higher margins. Mite Food Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. was formed in 1980 as a manufacturing and distributing company. Success finally came in the mid-1980s when the brothers successfully identified a market opportunity for the manufacture of polytubed drinks, which enable the company to venture into the overseas market for the first time, exporting to Middle East, and purchase their own factory, where the group's second sucessful product 'Koko Jelly' was produced. Today Cocoaland Holding Group is managed by (10) siblings.
