Description :: •Plan, forecast, budget and managing overall recruitment process at all levels of employees, including foreign workers.
•Work closely with departmental manager’s to ensure adequate current & future manpower supply
•Plan and implement Company-wide succession planning, particularly on the key positions
•Screening & shortlist of applicant pool, conduct interview & evaluations
•Plan, development and implement the overall training & development.
•Ensure compliance of training requirements under the Company policies with proper documentation
•Develop, plan and implement the overall performance management system
•Monitoring of payroll administration with accuracy & timely payout of salaries and compliance to statutory requirements.
•Conduct market survey & recommend/introduce compensation policies/ benefits to attract potential talent, motivate & retain existing employee
•Design and prepare relevant documents, materials and tools such as policies, guidelines and principles to enhance communication process within the Company.
•Handling employee disciplinary process, starts from counselling, warnings, suspension and termination and grievances processes.
•Activities involvement in managing workplace safety & health matters.
•Establish and monitor departmental KPI.
•Oversee administrative matters such as housekeeping, security & facilities management.
Requirements :: •Bachelor Degree or Master Degree holder in related field
•Min 10 years working experience in full spectrum of HRM preferably in manufacturing environment
•Well verse of labour law
•Familiar with immigration matters in terms of foreign workers & expatriate permit management.
•Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
•Leadership, resourceful and initiative.
