- • To do market analysis and sourcing for all materials, spares, equipment, IT product, services, etc.
• Carry out selection, qualification as per purchasing procedure & guidelines.
• Request for quotation, to do comparison and negotiate for best offer taken into consideration of cost, delivery, quality, technology etc.
• Timely PO processing.
• Ensure continuity supply of material with sufficient leadtime given to supplier.
• Ensure on time delivery in optimum quantity and good after sales support.
• Develop managed supplier under CIP and SDP project.
• Compilation of quarterly report on cost saving, CIP, SDP progress.
• Support other purchasing and cross functional activities.
Skills Required:
• SAPICS Knowledge.
• Sourcing, market analysis & business writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills.
• Effective time management & analytical skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
