Description :: Provide 1st/2nd level support and resolution for desktop printing and peripherals issues to end users.
Setup workstations, laptops, printers, and phones for internal and external users.
Monitor and maintain Windows servers / internet access / network infrastructure.
Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Outlook and other email applications.
Perform backup duties and basic networking skills

Requirements :: Diploma in information systems, computer science, or a related degree
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant IT support experience are preferred.
Knowledge with Windows Operating Systems (Win7,Win8, Windows server 2012, etc.)
Knowledge of Web Designs and Development (ASP.net, HTML etc) programming is required.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies such as TCP/IP networking
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
