Description ::  To plan and conceptualize as well as play a leading role to orchestrate and organize company training programme
 To formulate teaching outline and determines instructional methods
 To select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works
 To ensure consistency of training
 To support other department/division-plan, coordinate and execute company related trainings
 To manage resources to be able to work within budgets for all training events
 To maintain good relationship and constant communicates with various departments to update on various company trainings organized by others
 To maintain good rapport with the distributors
Requirements ::  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Others or equivalent.
 Required skill(s): professional presentation skill, leadership and managing, Communication Skill.
 Required language(s): Chinese, English
 At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram.
 Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
