Description :: -Responsible for the daily production activities, materials control and minimize wastage.
-Supervise a team of operators, planning and scheduling to achieve production target.
-To report machine breakdown and liaise with maintenance function on repair status.
-Responsible for targeted production performance and to participate & contribute in quality management.
-To optimize manpower utilization and to ensure & monitor operators for full adherence to SOP.
-To coordinate closely with Sales Department for production schedule planning.
-To ensure effective delegation and execution of work and responsible of the production team.
-Responsible for the operators discipline, training and attendance
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
