Description :: - Responsible to assist in the sales and marketing aspects of work.
- Responsible to assist in issuance of sales order, monitoring, coordinating arrangement of delivery to distributors.
- Responsible to assist in preparing quotation & proposal
- Responsible for handling incoming calls, email & fax orders.
- Critical and administrative duties such as filing and typing.
- Possess strong interpersonal & presentation skills and able to communicate well with people at all level.
- Responsible to handle customers inquiries.
- Responsible to liaise with other departments such as Warehouse, MIS dept.
- Any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Preferably junior candidate with SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent & certificate in Accounting.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience.
- Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel and internet explorer)
- Able to interact with multiple levels of management and customers & effectively meet deadlines.
- Independent and quick learner. Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Candidate able to work immediately are encourage to apply.
- Proficient in English and BM and able to converse in Chinese dialect is added advantage.
- Wiling to work long hours
- Working days : 5 1/2 days.
