- Administer and effectively manage the day to day HR and Admin. Operations and activities which include manpower requirements, sourcing and recruitment, training and development, disciplinary matters, safety & health, employee welfare, industrial and employees relations, performance appraisal, security, foreign workers administration, gardening and office administration including cleanliness of surrounding and office.
- Responsible to assist in recruitment and selection activities – preparing job advertisement, job posting, short-listing of candidates, scheduling interview, interview candidates, job offer and conducting reference check.
- Responsible to plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitude towards Company’s goals.
- Responsible to conduct wage survey within labour market and industrial benchmarking to determine competitive wage rate.
- Responsible to conduct exit interviews to identify reasons and analyse trends / reasons for employees’ leaving the Company.
- Responsible to initiate and conduct Meeting with operational staff in relation to Admin./H.R. matter.
- Responsible to conduct behavioral counseling session for those disciplinary problem employees.
- Responsible to coordinate and facilitate all training activities, this shall includes preparing / distributing Yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA), establishing Annual Training Plan, coordinate training program (annual and ad-hoc) and ensure smooth implement according to the Training Plan.
- Responsible to compile Job Descriptions for all positions at regular intervals for new recruits / change of job requirements.
- Responsible to prepare /update the Organisation Chart for change of organisation structure.
- Responsible to attend departmental meetings, suggesting improvement and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to institute continual improvements in Admin./H.R. tasks.
- Responsible to maintain and manage all Admin./H.R. reports /costs and headcount statistics / update for the organisation and relevant government department on time and with accuracy.
- Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organisation’s personnel policies and practices.
- Assist in the compilation of periodic reports for Management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Responsible to manage and coordinate on government related matters, inspection and compliance.
- Responsible to proactively identify the need for improved HR processes and drives the implementation of those processes and team members to meet deadlines and with accuracy.
- Responsible to constantly keep abreast and updates on the changes in legislations.
- Perform other general administrative and human resources tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. 
Requirements :
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management and/or related disciplines.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity in the manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge in handling full spectrum of human resources functions.
- Good command of verbal and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
- Good coordination skill, able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, self driven, good interpersonal skills, work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Required computer skills (Microsoft Office such as Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc)
- Preferred knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
