- Responsible to develop action plan of events with management to achieve desired changes and improvements across the business.
- Responsible to provide leadership on assigned projects to develop proficiency, establish methods, practices, and concepts that are weighted by Six Sigma methodology and focused on Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Exposure to multiple technology platforms across a variety of internal customer divisions, with focus on process improvements that enable the entire supply chain.
- Drive kaizen across a variety of areas using the breadth of the lean toolbox to drive continuous improvement in work standardisation which relates to material and information flow. Coordinate and plans Kaizen event
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Degree, Engineering (Medical/Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills : Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing
