Description :: - To be entrusted as a key member of the Management Team to Manage the overall marketing, sales and sales administration functions
- Develop sales & marketing plans and formulate short and long term strategic marketing directions for the organization’s entire spectrum of property projects
- Manage overall project sales performance, lead and drive the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and monitor development trends
- Develop aggressive sales plan and marketing strategies and to achieve overall sales targets and objectives
- Assist to develop, plan and review the effectiveness of the marketing communication strategies and sales campaigns
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have above 5 years relevant experience in Furniture Related Product
- Applicants must be able to travel within Malaysia
- Engineering knowledge especially in technical know how is a must.
- Preferably managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
