- Responsible to Establish and remain regular prompt communication,including complaints with existing oversea customer in assigned account territory,to stimulate healthy relationship and secure additional business.
- Responsible to Support,develop & grow new/existing distribution channels in countries allocated by means of sample,exhibitions,direct mailing,emails,customer visit & etc.
- Responsible to monitor the progress of oversea accounts and report / analyze the oversea sales performance to the management (including pricing,costing & marketing).
- Responsible to conduct market research to identify consumer and business market opportunities.
- Responsible to participate in project relating to business development/promotional activities of company's product.
- Reporting & analysis of export sales.
- Follow up and manage sales prospect towards, sales target's achievement.
- Able to coresspond with overseas customers regarding export matters and complaint.
- Be creative in handling customer enquiries and ultimately generate more sales revenue.
- Initiative to create business strategy for developing existing or new business/market.
- Complete all paperwork promptly ,thoroughly and accurately,to ensure company profitability and maximize our ability to deliver a high -quality solution and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery or invoicing.
- Responsible to conduct market study and competitor analysis.
- Responsible to conduct business development activities.
- Responsible to work as a team with other relevant department in driving the high embedded value business.
- Responsible to handle existing overseas market customers in terms of orders,logistic,shipment,documentation etc.
- Need to travel overseas as and when required. 
Requirements :
- Candidate possess any of the Business/Marketing/Sales relevant field certificate /Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently and work under minimum supervision.
- Self motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record with International/Regional Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
