- - Responsible to oversee the general maintenance and upgrading of plant machinery.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of plant, utilities and machinery maintenance and upkeeping.
- Responsible to provide technical support to Management, Production and other department on plant capabilities.
- Responsible to conduct engineering studies and improve process workflow to improve efficiency.
- Responsible to conduct engineering studies to optimize maintenance program to eliminate unscheduled shut down of manufacturing equipments.
- Apply statistical tools and techniques for continuous process implements and monitoring. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering field.
- Preferably Engineer specializing in Maintenance or repair (facilities and machinery).
- At least 2 years of working experience in engineering field.
- Possess analytical skills and logical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical background.
