Description :: • To lead all supervisors, shift leaders and inspectors of the whole QA/QC department in-house operation.
• To supervise and drive QA/QC team for improvement.
• Manpower control and planning.
• To plan and delegate of inspection job and any of QA activities.
• To provide technical guidance and specification.
• To perform failure analysis; liase with process for corrective and preventive action.
• To perform customer field service and lot out sorting.
• To perform and follow up internal audit.
• Upgrading quality control standard by implementing of improved work method.
• To do making of procedure, specification and work instruction.
• To maintain a proper filing system of the relevant quality records, e.g. Receiving Inspection, Material Discrepancy Reports, part Verification Records, Approved Subcontractors List, Product Supplied List, Audit Report etc.
• Any ad hoc assignment where reasonable and lawful assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements :: • Minimum Degree in Chemical/Polymer Science Engineering.
• Preferably 2 - 4 relevant experience in QA / QC Department in a manufacturing environment.
• Those currently working in plastic injection moulding industry will be an added advantage.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
