Description :
- Responsible to develop a comprehensive preventive and predictive Plant’s maintenance program in order to optimize equipment productivity and minimize unscheduled downtime and failure rates.
- Responsible to ensure that all preventive/predictive tasks are carried out accurately as scheduled at their predetermined frequencies to prolong the economic life of Plant assets at optimal costs and improve their efficiency.
- Responsible to review the maintenance management system and perform necessary data analysis to improve and enhance Plant and facilities operations.
- Responsible to coach and provide relevant training to subordinates in order to increase their competency level in CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) in vibration analysis, oil lubrication analysis and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Responsible to champion the Maintenance Reliability activities such as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and using the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process. 
Requirements :
- Possess Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years maintenance experience, preferably in cement manufacturing or other heavy industries with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical maintenance planning, with at least 3 years in managerial position.
- Sound understanding of Planning and Scheduling principles with experience in failure analysis and reliability methodologies and tools.
- Possess strong leadership and a proactive person, an effective motivator, communicator, delegator, trainer and team player who can effectively achieve results through others
