- •Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting.
•Plan, organize and direct all activities related to the cost accounting functions. Ability to work with manufacturing operations to collaborate on process improvements and efficiencies in various Inventory work flow processes.
•Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
•Understand the inventory and cost accounting methodology.
•Responsible for overseeing monthly inventory and analysis for reasonableness and accuracy with the ability to investigate and explain any issues to senior management
•Ability to interface with external or internal auditors and assist in external quarterly or annual audit reviews.
•Involved in cost/inventory accounting
- Requirements :
- •Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
•6 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
•Significant cost accounting experience in manufacturing environment with understanding of business management software systems and financial transactions that related to manufacturing processes.
•Experienced in interacting with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, production, shipping and other functional areas of a manufacturing business.
•Self-starter, able to hit the ground running and work with limited support.
•Able to communicate in Mandarin.
•Able to adapt in a multicultural environment.
•Multitasking and able to prioritize and to meet dateline.
•Fulltime position available and to be based in Kemaman, Terengganu.
