- - Responsible to perform accounting function such as data entry into the accounting system, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledger.
- Responsible for monthly accounts closing and timely preparation of management accounts.
- Responsible to maintain and monitor the cash flow, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
- Responsible for maintaining banking facilities including trade facilities and finance.
- Responsible to liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors and tax agent as necessary.
- Responsible to carry out the clerical duties such as filing documentation, preparation of correspondence letter, provide administrative support to the company.
- Update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system.
- Any other duties may assign from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
