Description :: - Responsible to buy off tooling.
- Must track tool life
- Must update and maintain daily documentation require.
- Responsible to manage all tooling flow.
- Responsible for tooling out flow for sub contract, repair etc.
- Responsible for all tooling set up.
- Must trouble shoot all defective tooling and repair if require.
- Must follow preventive maintenance for problematic tools.
- Responsible to punching machines stability to be controlled with minimum maintenance, time to time.
- Problem solving skill.
- Responsible to work closely with Product Development Department and tooling
supplier on tooling development.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: - Possess Degree / Diploma in Tool & Die,
- 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical or Chemical technology in Semiconductors or - Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Independent, committed, able to multitask & meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity with good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately.
- Must be able to work on rotating shift.
